Mr Neubarth has practiced Landlord-Tenant and Real Property law for over 20 years. He is experienced in multiple areas of practice including Residential Leasing, Commercial Leasing, Real Estate Contracts, Landlord-Tenant, New York State Rent Regulation, Small Business Law, Land Use Violations, New York City Building and Fire Code Violations, Zoning, Property Management, and Real Estate Transactions.
Mr. Neubarth has extensive landlord-tenant litigation experience and has represented clients in all major New York City housing courts for over 10 years. He specializes in complex landlord-tenant disputes, both residential and commercial, and has comprehensive knowledge of New York Real Property Law.

Additionally, he has served as Counsel for major New York City property management conglomerates which gives him the requisite background to provide clients with the most practical and cost effective advice.
Mr. Neubarth is a graduate of the University of Maryland (BA 1980) and of the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts (JD 1983). He is admitted to practice with the Bar of New York and before the federal District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mr. Lateef is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice with the Bar of New York. He is experienced in real estate transactional issues as well as small business contract drafting, commercial lease drafting and landlord-tenant agreement drafting.
Prior to joining the firm he assisted Clerks and Judges in both New Jersey and New York civil courthouses, handling matters in various areas including personal injury, complex commercial, eviction proceedings, small business disputes and zoning violations.
Mr. Lateef has also assisted Judges in making decisions impacting New York State small business transaction law and New Jersey state change of venue laws.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Lateef has assisted small businesses, landowners and property managers meet their business needs.
